東海大学の学園祭「建学祭」に平塚市が出店。地域の特産品販売を通して市の魅力を発信するという事業が行われた。
この事業は人々のどのような想いが込められて行われるのか、無事平塚市の魅力は学園祭を通して地域の人々に伝わったのかに迫る。
そして毎年全国に誇る盛り上がりをみせる建学祭の魅力とは?!
